Full job description
We are looking for an Admin Executive who can manage:
- Client data, records, audit report printing, documentation,
- Contract preparing and documenting,
- KYC documentation
- Follow-ups with clients
- Invoice generation & receipts for payments
- Other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of MS Excel & Word
- Strong organizational & communication skills
- Attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and keep records accurately
- Ability to handle sensitive client data securely
- Ability to coordinate with staff, auditors, and clients
- Willingness to handle varied administrative tasks as needed
