Admin Executive

Full job description

We are looking for an Admin Executive who can manage:

  • Client data, records, audit report printing, documentation,
  • Contract preparing and documenting,
  • KYC documentation
  • Follow-ups with clients
  • Invoice generation & receipts for payments
  • Other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of MS Excel & Word
  • Strong organizational & communication skills
  • Attention to detail and reliability
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and keep records accurately
  • Ability to handle sensitive client data securely
  • Ability to coordinate with staff, auditors, and clients
  • Willingness to handle varied administrative tasks as needed
