Job Description:
We are looking for an Admin, Sales & Marketing Executive to manage office administration, support sales operations, and assist with marketing coordination. The role involves client interaction, documentation, reporting, and supporting business development activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative and office coordination tasks
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales-related documents
- Coordinate sales follow-ups and client communication
- Assist in marketing activities and lead generation
- Maintain records, reports, and CRM data
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and clients
Requirements:
- 3 -5 years experience in admin / sales coordination / marketing support
- Construction or contracting industry experience is an advantage
- Good English communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
