We are seeking a detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, providing administrative support, and ensuring efficient office operations.

Duties

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls promptly
  • Perform clerical tasks such as typing, filing, and data entry
  • Manage office supplies and maintain inventory levels
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Assist with customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness

Requirements
