We are looking for an experienced Admin cum HR professional to join our limousine company in Dubai. The candidate will handle human resources, administrative tasks, and operational support to ensure smooth and efficient business performance.

Job Responsibilities

Human Resources (HR)

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment (drivers, office staff, etc.).
  • Maintain updated employee records (contracts, visas, Emirates ID, labor cards).
  • Handle onboarding and induction of new employees.
  • Prepare and process payroll as per UAE Labor Law & WPS.
  • Monitor attendance, leave, and overtime.
  • Manage visa renewals, medicals, and health insurance.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
  • Address grievances and support disciplinary actions.

Administrative

  • Manage office supplies, correspondence, and filing.
  • Draft and issue letters, memos, and communications.
  • Assist in trade license renewals, vehicle registrations, and permits.
  • Liaise with RTA, free zones, and government entities.
  • Track vehicle-related documentation (Salik, insurance, maintenance, registration).
  • Prepare operational and financial reports.

Operations Support (Limousine Business)

  • Maintain driver rosters and trip schedules in line with RTA rules.
  • Monitor driver performance, customer service, and complaints.
  • Coordinate with operations manager for fleet & driver management.
  • Support vehicle onboarding to Careem, Uber, etc.
  • Ensure timely renewal of limousine permits, portal IDs, and driver cards.
