Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR department
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
  • Support day-to-day HR operations and employee engagement activities
  • Coordinate meetings, interviews, and training sessions
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR department
  • Prepare HR reports, letters, and employment documents
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication
  • Handle payroll processing, including attendance tracking and salary computation
  • Manage visa applications and renewals for local and foreign staff.
  • Liaise with government agencies to ensure compliance with labor and immigration laws.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Prior experience in HR or administrative role preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Organized, proactive, and able to multitask
  • Experience in payroll processing is required
  • Knowledge of visa/work permit processing is essential is a advantage.
