Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HR department
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Support day-to-day HR operations and employee engagement activities
- Coordinate meetings, interviews, and training sessions
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR department
- Prepare HR reports, letters, and employment documents
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication
- Handle payroll processing, including attendance tracking and salary computation
- Manage visa applications and renewals for local and foreign staff.
- Liaise with government agencies to ensure compliance with labor and immigration laws.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Prior experience in HR or administrative role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Organized, proactive, and able to multitask
- Experience in payroll processing is required
- Knowledge of visa/work permit processing is essential is a advantage.
