Admin cum Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handling Tenancy Contract Renewals
  • Preparing Tenancy Contracts and related documentation
  • Communicating with tenants regarding renewals
  • Following up on payments and deadlines
  • Performing accurate data entry
  • Supporting the property management and leasing teams with admin tasks

Ideal Candidate Should Have:

  • At least 2 years of UAE experience in administrative roles
  • Experience in real estate office administration
  • Fluent English communication (spoken and written)
  • Strong MS Office and Excel skills
  • Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Customer service skills for tenant communication
  • Team player with a proactive attitude
  • Basic knowledge of RERA documentation and tenancy laws is a plus
