Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping.
- Manage office administration and documentation.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
- Maintain petty cash and financial records.
- Assist with HR and payroll tasks.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Prepare and edit documents such as reports, memos, and presentations.
- Order office supplies and manage inventory.
- Support management with reports and correspondence.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and expense reporting.
- Support team members with various administrative needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting and admin roles.
- Knowledge of MS Office and accounting software (e.g., Tally / QuickBooks / Excel).
- Familiarity with basic accounting or HR procedures.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
