We are looking for a Mortgage Admin & Coordinator to oversee and support all stages of the mortgage process. This position blends administrative duties with client coordination, ensuring proper documentation, efficient workflow management, and clear communication among clients, banks, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, review, and validate client documents for mortgage applications.
- Maintain well-organized records and digital databases for all mortgage files.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing guidance throughout the process.
- Monitor applications, approvals, and key deadlines to ensure timely progress.
- Collaborate with banks, clients, and internal departments to address inquiries or resolve issues.
- Help clients understand required documents and compliance obligations.
- Prepare status reports, pipeline overviews, and workflow updates for the team.
- Ensure adherence to UAE mortgage regulations and internal company policies.
Requirements
- Prior experience in mortgage coordination, administration, or related financial services within the UAE.
- Strong understanding of mortgage products, necessary documentation, and regulatory standards.
- Exceptional organization skills and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capable of managing multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficient in MS Office (experience with CRM systems is an advantage).
- Professional, proactive, and client-oriented approach.
