Full job description
You will support the daily administrative operations of the nursery, ensuring smooth communication between parents, staff, and management. Responsibilities include handling admissions and inquiries, maintaining student records, preparing documents, managing attendance, assisting with billing, coordinating schedules, and supporting the Principal and teachers with administrative tasks. The role requires strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Handle parent inquiries, phone calls, and emails
- Assist with student admissions, registrations, and documentation
- Maintain and update student records and attendance
- Prepare reports, letters, and other administrative documents
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communication between staff and parents
- Support teachers with administrative tasks and classroom resource preparation
- Manage billing, fee collection, and follow-ups
- Organize files, stationery, and office supplies
- Ensure reception area is welcoming and well-organized
- Assist in preparing events and activities when needed
Qualifications:
Fluency in English and Arabic
Prior experience in School Nursery
High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in a related field
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to maintain confidentiality of student and school information
