Full job description
The School Admin Assistant supports the daily operations of the school by handling administrative tasks, assisting teachers and staff, managing student records, and ensuring smooth communication between parents, students, and the school office.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage phone calls, emails, and front-desk inquiries from parents and students
- Maintain student records, attendance, and academic files
- Assist in preparing school documents, letters, and reports
- Coordinate schedules for meetings, events, and parent–teacher conferences
- Support teachers with printing, materials preparation, and classroom admin needs
- Handle student registrations, admissions paperwork, and ID issuance
- Monitor and maintain office supplies and school forms
- Assist in organizing school activities and announcements
- Ensure a welcoming and professional school office environment
Qualifications:
Fluency in English and Arabic
Prior experience in Nursery or any School
Can start immediately
