Admin Assistant

Job Summary:
Al Marwan Group is seeking a reliable and well-organized Administrative Assistant with at least 2+ years of experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations and assist management in daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office correspondence, emails, and telephone calls.
  • Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and documentation.
  • Support management with scheduling, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit reports, documents, and presentations.
  • Assist in coordinating office activities and communications.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
