Full job description
- Regularly update and maintain online listings from property portals
- Track and coordinate leads from websites and other online resources
- Prepare tenancy contracts, agreements and other necessary documentations
- Use CRM to submit tenancy contracts and related data
- Photo editing and watermarking
- Managing paper works / documentation for clients eg Ejari and DEWA connection
- Create invoices for daily transactions
- Facilitate offer letters for prospect tenants and buyers
- Manage handovers of properties and clients between brokers as needed
- Keep records of monthly sale board and clipboards of the company
- Organize everyday call statistics report of incoming and outgoing calls of the agents
