Responsibilities:
- Office Management:
- Oversee daily office operations.
- Maintain an organized and efficient office environment.
- Communication:
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
- Coordinate internal and external communication effectively.
- Record-Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and filing systems.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Meeting and Event Coordination:
- Schedule and organize meetings, conferences, and events.
- Coordinate logistics.
- Administrative Support:
- Provide support to executives and teams as needed.
- Handle administrative tasks, including photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
- Human Resources Assistance:
- Assist with the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and processing paperwork.
- Support HR with onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Financial Administration:
- Process invoices and expense reports.
- Assist with budget tracking and financial record-keeping.
