Full job description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support our Facility Management team with day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be organized, eager to learn, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing documents, reports, correspondence, and basic presentations.
  • Maintain and update records, files, and databases related to FM operations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for follow-ups and information sharing.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring timely responses.
  • Support the team in scheduling meetings, appointments, and site visits.
  • Assist in preparing purchase requests, quotations, and basic documentation.
  • Track office supplies and support procurement when required.
  • Perform general office duties including scanning, filing, and data entry.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree
  • Freshers can apply; prior admin experience is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
