Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and resourceful Admin and Student Support Executive for Masters, Bachelors and Diploma programme to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth administrative operations and providing excellent support to students. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative tasks, database management, and student services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Database Management: Maintain and update student documentation and office databases. Provide acceptance letter, orientation and all welcome support
- Learning Platforms: Create and manage the Learning Management System Moodle and Google Classroom
- Attendance Management: Create and maintain attendance sheets, absentee calls and filing.
- Payment Reminders: Make calls and send emails to remind students about payments.
- Survey Management: Create and manage surveys using SurveyMonkey and google forms
- Assessment and Certification Process: Evaluation process, faculty coordination, moderation work, mark entry, certification process and graduation support
- Certificate Handover: Record and manage the distribution and shipment of all certificates
Qualification:
- Proven experience in an administrative or student support role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using office software and learning management systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records.
