Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily office operations.
- Have knowledge in marketing, social media coordination, and promotional activities. (basic knowledge on editing and posting)
- Ensure smooth workflow across all administrative functions.
- Maintain and organize office records, files, and documentation.
- Handle office budgeting, procurement, and supply management.
- Manage invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents.
- Coordinate with finance and accounting teams for payments and reconciliations.
- Supervise administrative staff and provide necessary support.
- Prepare reports, contracts, and official correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:
✅ Proven experience in administration or office management.
✅ Strong knowledge of invoice processing and financial documentation.
✅ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and accounting software (if applicable).
✅ Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
✅ Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
