Accounting Duties:

  • Process and manage Accounts Payable (AP) (invoices, payments) and Accounts Receivable (AR) (billing, collections).
  • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and general journals.
  • Prepare financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annual).
  • Assist with budget preparation, forecasting, and monitoring expenses.
  • Handle expense reports, reimbursements, and petty cash.
  • Support audit activities by providing necessary documentation.

Administrative Duties:

  • Manage daily office operations and workflow.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and clients.
  • Prepare and manage documents, including letters, memos, and meeting minutes.
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail, phone calls, and email correspondence.
  • Maintain office supplies and manage general administrative tasks.
  • Support senior management and other departments as needed.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and accounting software.
  • Good communication (written/verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and compliance.
