Full job description
Accounting Duties:
- Process and manage Accounts Payable (AP) (invoices, payments) and Accounts Receivable (AR) (billing, collections).
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and general journals.
- Prepare financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annual).
- Assist with budget preparation, forecasting, and monitoring expenses.
- Handle expense reports, reimbursements, and petty cash.
- Support audit activities by providing necessary documentation.
Administrative Duties:
- Manage daily office operations and workflow.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and clients.
- Prepare and manage documents, including letters, memos, and meeting minutes.
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail, phone calls, and email correspondence.
- Maintain office supplies and manage general administrative tasks.
- Support senior management and other departments as needed.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and accounting software.
- Good communication (written/verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and compliance.
