Full job description
We are looking for a hardworking and detail oriented Admin & Accounts Executive to support our daily office administration and accounting operations. The candidate will handle documentation, filing, invoices, receipts, petty cash, supplier and customer coordination, data entry, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage office administration, filing, correspondence, and document control
- Prepare and maintain invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and expense records
- Assist with accounts payable/receivable and petty cash handling
- Maintain accounting entries and support monthly closing
- Follow up with suppliers and customers regarding payments and documents
- Prepare Excel reports, statements, and financial summaries
- Coordinate office logistics and support HR activities when required
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with UAE regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance / Business Administration
- 1–3 years of experience in Admin / Accounts role (UAE experience preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Excel & Word; knowledge of Tally / Zoho / QuickBooks is a plus
- Good communication skills in English
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
