Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Admin & Accountant to join our car rental company. The ideal candidate will manage the administrative and financial operations of the business — ensuring smooth coordination of vehicle returns, client follow-ups, invoicing, renewals, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the return process of rental cars, including inspection reports and documentation.
Prepare and issue invoices to clients accurately and on time.
Follow up with clients regarding pending payments, renewals, and inquiries.
Maintain and update daily, weekly, and monthly reports on rentals, revenue, and expenses.
Review and track traffic fines, Salik charges, and other vehicle-related payments.
Handle renewals of car registrations, contracts, and company trade license.
Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and databases.
Coordinate with suppliers, insurance companies, and RTA when required.
Support management with budget preparation, petty cash, and expense tracking.
Ensure compliance with UAE laws, accounting standards, and internal company policies.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or administration (car rental industry experience is a plus).
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).

Based on experience + performance bonuses
Working Hours:
Full-time – 6 days per week
