Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Executive to join our team at Dr Safeenas Wellness Clinic. The ideal candidate will support financial planning, performance tracking, and data-driven decision-making across all departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting & Analysis
– Maintain accurate financial records, daily sales reporting, and revenue tracking by department
– Prepare monthly P&L reports, expense summaries, and profitability dashboards
– Conduct break-even analysis, cost analysis, forecasting, and cash flow tracking
– Calculate key financial ratios and business performance KPIs
Business Performance Management
– Monitor department-wise productivity, revenue, service costing, and service utilization rates
– Generate staff performance reports based on set KPIs
– Calculate staff incentives and commissions aligned with sales performance
– Track client trends such as package utilization, renewals, cancellations, customer satisfaction
Data Collection & Systems
– Maintain accurate data entry for clinic software and ensure proper documentation.
– Support implementation of financial systems, software tools, and reporting workflows
– Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely data submission and reporting accuracy
Decision Support
– Assist management in budgeting and pricing strategy decisions
– Prepare financial summaries for management reviews and board-level reporting
Qualifications & Skills
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
– 1–3 years relevant experience preferred (healthcare or services industry is an advantage)
– Strong analytical and numerical skills
– Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and financial software
– Familiarity with basic financial analysis
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all financial data
