We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our team. The role involves supporting daily accounting operations, data entry, and coordination with suppliers and customers. Fresh graduates with a basic understanding of accounting principles are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Record and update daily purchase, sales, and expense entries.
- Assist in invoice preparation and payment follow-ups.
- Support reconciliation of supplier and customer accounts.
- Maintain accurate filing of financial documents and records.
- Coordinate with the sales and procurement team for billing and payment updates.
- Assist in preparing monthly reports and summaries.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of accounting software like ZOHO
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Proficient in MS Excel and data entry.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic knowledge of UAE TAX regulations
