Full job description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our team. The role involves supporting daily accounting operations, data entry, and coordination with suppliers and customers. Fresh graduates with a basic understanding of accounting principles are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record and update daily purchase, sales, and expense entries.
  • Assist in invoice preparation and payment follow-ups.
  • Support reconciliation of supplier and customer accounts.
  • Maintain accurate filing of financial documents and records.
  • Coordinate with the sales and procurement team for billing and payment updates.
  • Assist in preparing monthly reports and summaries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting software like ZOHO
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and data entry.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic knowledge of UAE TAX regulations
