The Accounts Assistant cum Receptionist will be responsible for providing administrative and accounting support to ensure efficient office operations and accurate financial record-keeping. This dual role involves managing front-desk reception duties while assisting the accounts department with daily financial transactions, data entry, and reporting. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors professionally and courteously.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and handle inquiries efficiently.
  • Provide general administrative support to staff as required.
  • Assist in daily accounting operations, including data entry of invoices, receipts, and payments.
  • Prepare and process supplier invoices, purchase orders
  • Maintain accurate records of petty cash and assist in reconciliation.
  • Support monthly closing activities and preparation of basic financial reports.
  • Assist in tracking accounts payable and receivable.
  • File and maintain financial documents in an organized manner.
