We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to manage daily financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record daily financial transactions (AR, AP, bank entries)
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts
  • Maintain general ledger and chart of accounts
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and summaries
  • Process invoices, payments, and expense claims
  • Assist with VAT filings, audits, and compliance requirements
  • Communicate clearly with management, auditors, and external parties in English
  • Maintain organized financial records and documentation

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role
  • Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and basic accounting principles
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)
  • Excellent English communication skills – written and verbal (mandatory)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently

Preferred Qualifications

  • Accounting or Finance certification/diploma
  • Experience with VAT and local regulatory requirements
  • Experience working with international clients or management
