Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts & Administration Officer to manage day-to-day accounting tasks and provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accounting records, invoices, and vouchers
  • Handle accounts payable & receivable
  • Assist with VAT documentation and filings
  • Prepare basic financial reports and reconciliations
  • Manage office administration and documentation
  • Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and auditors
  • Support HR and management with administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience (UAE experience preferred)
  • Knowledge of accounting software (Tally / ERP preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Office applications
  • Good communication and organizational skills

Salary: To be discussed based on experience
