Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts & Administration Officer to manage day-to-day accounting tasks and provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accounting records, invoices, and vouchers
- Handle accounts payable & receivable
- Assist with VAT documentation and filings
- Prepare basic financial reports and reconciliations
- Manage office administration and documentation
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and auditors
- Support HR and management with administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1–3 years of relevant experience (UAE experience preferred)
- Knowledge of accounting software (Tally / ERP preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Office applications
- Good communication and organizational skills
