We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts & Admin Assistant to support daily accounting and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will assist with basic accounting tasks, office administration, and coordination to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Support
- Assist with daily accounting entries and record-keeping
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable records
- Support bank reconciliations and expense tracking
- Organize and maintain financial documents and files
- Assist in month-end closing and basic reports
Administrative Support
- Handle general office administration and documentation
- Manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence
- Maintain employee records and attendance data
- Assist with procurement, office supplies, and vendor coordination
- Support HR and management with administrative tasks as required
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in accounting and administrative roles (UAE experience preferred)
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with accounting software is an advantage
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
