We are a leading Display Solution, Signage, Exhibition and Graphics production company located in Dubai Production City.

We are currently seeking proactive, dynamic candidates, highly motivated & energetic individual to join our expanding team as Accounts & Admin Assistant.

Job Responsibilities:

A. Accounts

  • Manage Accounts Payable by accurately recording and updating expense transactions.
  • Oversee Accounts Receivable by preparing and reconciling customer invoices.
  • Handle VAT payments and perform regular bank reconciliations.
  • Proper posting of financial transactions into internal database.
  • Maintain the digital and physical financial records.
  • Check the accuracy of the spreadsheets.
  • Close the monthly and quarterly reports
  • Participate in the Quarterly and Annual Audit.
  • Monitor the financial status of the company.
  • Provides support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

B. Administration

  • General day-to-day Admin operations
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
  • Monitor and ensure timely renewal of company documents including trade license, tenancy contracts, vehicle registrations, and insurance policies.
  • Maintain and update filing systems, records, and databases.
  • Oversee the company’s fleet of vehicles, including registration, insurance, maintenance, and renewals.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Support HR, finance, or other departments with routine administrative tasks.
  • Process complete visa procedures
  • Maintain up-to-date logs and reminders for all expiring contracts, permits, and documents.
  • Handle Salik, fines, and other RTA-related documentation and online systems.
  • Preparing reports and helping in Processing payroll
  • Prior experience in end-to-end recruitment processes is preferred.

Job Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s or Equivalent Diploma in Finance / Accounting
  • At least 2 years of UAE experience is MANDATORY.
  • Proficient in MS Office, specifically MS-Excel and MS-Word etc.
  • Proficient in Zoho and other accounting software.
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping procedures.
  • Knowledge of UAE Financial Regulations
  • TRUSTWORTHY and can handle confidential and sensitive information.
  • Knowledge of complete Accounting responsibilities
  • Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Must be Attentive to every detail
  • The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
