We’re hiring a reliable and detail‐oriented Accounts & Admin Assistant to support both accounting operations and general office administration. The ideal candidate will manage financial tasks while also handling administrative duties to help the business run smoothly.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Accounting & Finance Duties
● Enter payments accurately into the accounting system
● Generate and issue invoices to customers
● Perform voucher entries and general ledger postings
● Maintain and update customer profiles in the database
● Call customers to follow up on outstanding invoices
● Audit customer contracts and billing accuracy
● Handle customer inquiries about bills and account information
● Record material entries in the accounting system (e.g. Xero)
● Support month‐end and year‐end closing tasks
● Assist with internal audits and reconciliations
2. Administrative & Office Duties
● Scanning, filing, and document management
● Data entry and maintaining office records
● General administrative support as needed
● Coordinate with other departments to fulfill administrative and accounting needs
3. Requirements & Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
● Proven experience (2+ years preferred) in accounts / admin roles / Fresher can also apply
● Strong Excel and data entry skills
● Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational ability
● Good communication skills (verbal and written)
● Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‐paced environment
● High integrity and discretion when handling financial data
