The Role
We’re looking for an Accountant who can be the financial backbone of our operations, helping keep our creator and startup-investing arms running smoothly. You’ll join immediately, work hands-on, and own key accounting processes from day one overseeing our in-house book-keeper.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain day-to-day accounting ledger, record transactions, reconcile accounts, prepare monthly journals and financial statements.
• Manage accounts payable & receivable: invoices, payments to vendors, creator commissions, and ensure timely processing.
• Ensure proper bookkeeping and support in audit preparation, tax filings, financial compliance (UAE & region).
• Work closely with operations, talent, and investment teams to track budget vs actuals, cash-flow forecasting, and ad-hoc reporting.
• Help build and scale financial systems and processes; we’re growing fast and you’ll help make the infrastructure.
• Provide accurate, timely financial info and insights to decision-makers, ensuring transparency and control across all business units.

What We Need

• Based in Dubai. We want someone on the ground, ready to hit the ground running.
• Proven experience as an accountant (minimum 2-4 years ideally in UAE or a similar fast-paced environment).
• Strong understanding of UAE accounting standards, compliance obligations, VAT, etc.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is highly desirable given our regional operations.
• Highly organized, detail-obsessed, comfortable in a startup environment where things change fast. You don’t just “manage”, you anticipate, you take ownership.
• A team player who thrives in a high-energy culture but also capable of working autonomously and delivering under pressure.
• Tech-savvy; already familiar with accounting software/tools, and willing to help build scalable systems.

Bonus Points For

• Experience in creative agencies, talent management, media, entertainment or startup investing.
• Experience with forecasting, budgeting for creative/content operations or managing financials across multiple business lines.
• Experience working for a founder-led high-growth business, comfortable in ambiguity and rapid iteration.
