About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts cum Manager to manage our company’s financial records and oversee day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in accounting, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Finance:
- Handle full set of accounts, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Manage payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and expense tracking.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and banks.
Management & Administration:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and support management in business planning.
- Manage vendor relationships, quotations, and procurement documentation.
- Supervise administrative staff and support HR functions such as attendance, leave, and documentation.
- Prepare management reports and assist in strategic decision-making.
- Maintain organized records and ensure smooth coordination between departments.
