Accountant / Cost Controller (Hospitality & Restaurants)

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Accountant / Cost Controller with at least 7 years of experience in the hospitality and restaurant sector. The candidate should have strong financial control, cost analysis, and inventory management skills to support operational efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and control food & beverage costs.
  • Prepare periodic financial reports.
  • Manage inventory and conduct stock audits.
  • Analyze variance between actual and standard costs.
  • Review supplier invoices and ensure accuracy.
  • Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting.
  • Monitor wastage and improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and audit requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in hospitality or restaurants.
  • Strong financial and cost control skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting systems and Excel.
  • Ability to work under pressure and within a team.

Salary:
Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
