Accountant / Cost Controller (Hospitality & Restaurants)
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Accountant / Cost Controller with at least 7 years of experience in the hospitality and restaurant sector. The candidate should have strong financial control, cost analysis, and inventory management skills to support operational efficiency and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control food & beverage costs.
- Prepare periodic financial reports.
- Manage inventory and conduct stock audits.
- Analyze variance between actual and standard costs.
- Review supplier invoices and ensure accuracy.
- Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting.
- Monitor wastage and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and audit requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in hospitality or restaurants.
- Strong financial and cost control skills.
- Proficiency in accounting systems and Excel.
- Ability to work under pressure and within a team.
Salary:
