Key Responsibilities:

1. Auditing meta quotes trading and accurate accounting records, including day-to-day bookkeeping and updating financial ledgers.

2. Reconciling customer deposits and withdrawals, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly and promptly.

3. Reconcile bank statements on a regular basis to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.

4. Match and reconcile client money balances with internal records to ensure compliance and accuracy.

5. Process vendor and customer payments, ensuring timely and accurate disbursements.

6. Handle petty cash, including recording, verifying, and replenishing petty cash expenses.

7. Review and verify other business expenses, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.

8. Prepare management reports as required, providing insights and summaries for decision-making.

Requirements:

Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Minimum 1–2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience (or as required).

Trading Areas experience most preferrable

Strong knowledge of Excel and accounting software.

Good understanding of accounting principles and reconciliation processes.

Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
