This role requires a professional who can manage accounting, operational, and administrative tasks efficiently while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and standards.

Key Responsibilities : Accounting & Finance

  • Record and manage all financial transactions in line with accounting standards.
  • Prepare monthly and annual budgets, financial statements, and cash flow reports.
  • Manage bank accounts, reconciliations, and financial settlements.
  • Issue invoices, receipts, and maintain accounts payable and receivable.
  • Monitor revenue, expenses, and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Operations & Property Management

  • Oversee day-to-day property management operations.
  • Manage lease contracts (signing, renewal, termination) and ensure proper registration on DLD/Ejari systems.
  • Maintain accurate records of properties, units, tenants, and contracts.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams and vendors to ensure properties are well-maintained.
  • Supervise rental operations, collections, and property-related documentation.

Collections & Accounts Management

  • Manage rent collections and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Prepare detailed reports on receivables, due payments, and arrears.
  • Send reminders, notices, and coordinate with tenants regarding overdue accounts.
  • Provide regular collection status reports to senior management.

Communication & Administration

  • Act as the main point of contact for tenants regarding inquiries, complaints, and requests.
  • Liaise with landlords, DLD, municipalities, and other relevant authorities.
  • Support senior management with financial and operational insights for decision-making.
  • Organize administrative files, records, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of proven experience in accounting and real estate/property management in Dubai.
  • Strong knowledge of Dubai Land Department (DLD) systems and Ejari.
  • Hands-on experience with property management systems and accounting software (QuickBooks, Tally, or similar).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Professional, detail-oriented, and reliable personality.
