We’re looking for a smart, detail-oriented professional who can efficiently manage both office administration and basic accounting tasks in a fast-paced creative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day office administration
- Handling invoices, bills, petty cash, and expense tracking
- Basic accounting using Tally / Zoho / QuickBooks
- Filing VAT returns and liaising with external auditors
- Managing schedules, correspondence & office supplies
- Coordinating with clients and internal teams
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in Admin & Accounting (1–3 years preferred)
- Proficient in MS Office and accounting software
- Good communication & organizational skills
- Must be currently based in the UAE
- Preferably with own visa / spouse visa
