We’re looking for a smart, detail-oriented professional who can efficiently manage both office administration and basic accounting tasks in a fast-paced creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day office administration
  • Handling invoices, bills, petty cash, and expense tracking
  • Basic accounting using Tally / Zoho / QuickBooks
  • Filing VAT returns and liaising with external auditors
  • Managing schedules, correspondence & office supplies
  • Coordinating with clients and internal teams

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in Admin & Accounting (1–3 years preferred)
  • Proficient in MS Office and accounting software
  • Good communication & organizational skills
  • Must be currently based in the UAE
  • Preferably with own visa / spouse visa
