Job Summary:
We are seeking a smart, detail-oriented, and reliable Accountant / Admin to handle day-to-day financial operations and administrative tasks within our real estate and facilities management business. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the same field, be well-organized, and able to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily accounting transactions, bookkeeping, and financial entries
- Prepare and maintain ledgers, journals, and account reconciliations
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable with timely follow-ups
- Prepare VAT returns, invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and petty cash statements
- Coordinate with tenants regarding rent payments, renewals, cheques, and contracts
- Maintain and update tenancy contracts, lease agreements, and service records
- Support facility operations, maintenance work orders, and vendor coordination
- Prepare monthly financial reports and summaries for management review
- Assist in payroll preparation and employee records management
- Maintain proper documentation and filing systems (digital and physical)
- Handle general administrative tasks: calls, emails, scheduling, office supplies, etc.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Real Estate or Facilities Management in UAE
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and documentation
- Proficiency in MS Excel, accounting software (e.g., Tally / QuickBooks / ERP), and general office software
- Good communication skills (English essential; Arabic is an advantage)
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
- Smart, presentable, and able to represent the company professionally
- Must be currently based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate
- Male candidate only (due to job nature)
Working Hours: Standard business hours (to be discussed during interview)
