Full job description

Job Purpose:

Responsible for managing daily accounting, financial reporting, and administrative functions including employee records, project-wise manpower tracking, vendor payments, and overall office management. Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of all financial and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting & Finance:

  • Maintain petty cash records and process day-to-day expenses.
  • Record bills and expenses in Xero ERP accurately.
  • Track employee reimbursements and accounting for project-wise manpower costs.
  • Manage payment certificates, credit card statements, and vendor payments.
  • Prepare monthly financial summaries for management review.
  • Track assets, scrap details, and project-wise financial data.

2. Administration & Office Management:

  • Maintain updated employee master files and physical records.
  • Track daily attendance for manpower projects wise.
  • Maintain passport, visa, labour card, and labour camp records; issue timely reminders for renewals.

3. Other Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
  • Coordinate with various internal teams for smooth operations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee and financial information.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience in accounting software (preferably Xero ERP).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Basic understanding of HR documentation and administrative processes.
