Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee full-spectrum accounting and financial operations for all group companies.
  • Manage and consolidate financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and MIS reports.
  • Develop and implement robust financial policies, systems, and internal controls.
  • Liaise with auditors, banks, and external partners for audits, taxation, and compliance.
  • Manage cash flow, financial risk, and cost optimization strategies.
  • Support management with data-driven financial insights and business planning.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, corporate tax, and other statutory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a group company setup.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS, VAT, and UAE taxation laws.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing multiple entities.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in ERP/accounting software (Zoho books) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Gujarati Preferred.
