Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee full-spectrum accounting and financial operations for all group companies.
- Manage and consolidate financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and MIS reports.
- Develop and implement robust financial policies, systems, and internal controls.
- Liaise with auditors, banks, and external partners for audits, taxation, and compliance.
- Manage cash flow, financial risk, and cost optimization strategies.
- Support management with data-driven financial insights and business planning.
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, corporate tax, and other statutory requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a group company setup.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, VAT, and UAE taxation laws.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing multiple entities.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in ERP/accounting software (Zoho books) and advanced Excel skills.
- Gujarati Preferred.
