Accountant 

Role Overview

The Accountant is responsible for accurate financial reporting, compliance with UAE regulations, and day-to-day accounting operations, with the ability to handle documentation and communication in Arabic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain general ledger, journal entries, and monthly reconciliations.
  • Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and internal controls.
  • Support VAT filings, audits, and regulatory submissions.
  • Coordinate with banks, auditors, and external consultants.
  • Prepare financial explanations and documentation in Arabic when required.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow management.

Requirements

  • Native Arabic speaker (written & spoken) – mandatory.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 3–6 years of accounting experience (UAE experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and VAT regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • English proficiency is an advantage.
  • High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED8,000.00 per month
