– Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day accounting operations.
- Record and maintain financial transactions in the system.
- Prepare and update journal entries, ledgers, and other financial documents.
- Support monthly closing procedures and financial reports.
- Assist in reconciling bank statements and accounts.
- Organize and file invoices, receipts, and other relevant documents.
- Support senior accountants with audits and reporting tasks.
- Follow up with store labors and revise the items which in & out
– Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Excellent in MS suites specially Excel and Word and accounting software (knowledge of ERP is a plus).
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills
