Fairmont HR Consultancies is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience managing financial records. Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, balance sheets, and income statements
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Manage bank reconciliations and monthly financial closes
  • Prepare tax filings and support audits
  • Monitor budget performance and provide financial reports
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
  • Assist with payroll processing (if applicable)
  • Support management with financial analysis and planning
  • Maintain organized documentation for easy retrieval and compliance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Proven experience as an Accountant or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles
  • Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • CPA or CMA certification is a plus (not required)
