We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our dynamic finance team at Diatech Medical Equipment Trading and Maintenance. Key Responsibilities:
✅ Prepare and maintain accurate monthly and annual financial accounts
✅ Generate bi-weekly sales and inventory reports
✅ Analyze and compare actual expenditures vs. budget
✅ Reconcile general ledger, bank accounts & P&L statements
✅ Handle trade finance documentation (LCs, BGs, etc.)
✅ Support audits, resolve discrepancies, and ensure compliance
✅ Assist with budgeting and prepare journal entries
✅ Manage payables and receivables, and follow up on outstanding invoices
✅ Prepare and file taxes in accordance with UAE regulations
✅ Publish timely financial statements and maintain data confidentiality

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance (UAE preferred)
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles
• Proficient in ZOHO, ERP systems (Tally/QuickBooks is a plus)
• Attention to detail with strong analytical and organizational skills
• Familiarity with UAE tax laws and financial regulations is an advantage
• UAE Driving License (Preferred)
