Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, invoices, and payments.
- Handle daily accounting entries, reconciliations, and month-end closing.
- Monitor and record property transactions, commissions, and related expenses.
- Prepare financial statements, management reports, and cash flow forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards, VAT regulations, and internal policies.
- Assist in budget preparation, audits, and financial planning.
- Liaise with internal departments (sales, listing, marketing) to ensure accurate reporting.
- Maintain accurate records of post-dated cheques, contracts, and client accounts.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Knowledge of UAE VAT and IFRS accounting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks or Zoho systems).
- Strong MS Excel skills (pivot tables, reconciliations, financial analysis).
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and integrity.
- Strong communication skills in Arabic & English.
- Professional certifications (ACCA, CPA, CMA) are an advantage.
