ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a Korean speaking Account Manager to join our office-based team in Malta. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, supporting their needs, and driving long-term partnerships. You will play a key role in maintaining strong relationships, ensuring smooth integrations, and contributing to revenue growth.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Support client onboarding and guide them through integrations and product launches.
- Work with internal teams to deliver timely solutions and meet client needs.
- Collect, organize, and share promotions from providers with clients.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.
- Provide regular updates and KPI reports to clients and management.
- Monitor the respective iGaming market and advise clients on relevant opportunities.
- Resolve client issues quickly and effectively to maintain service excellence.
- Participate in industry events and client meetings when required.
WHAT WE ASK OF YOU:
- 1–2 years’ experience in Account Management, Business Development, or Customer Success (iGaming industry experience is a must).
- Track record of building client relationships and contributing to account growth.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Commercially minded with good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in Korean and English (spoken and written).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM/project tools is a plus.
- A proactive, adaptable, and professional approach to work
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business events.
