Account Manager

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive sales efforts to exceed customer expectations, collaborating seamlessly with R&D, Marketing, and other cross functional teams.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Continuously assess and anticipate customer needs, ensuring we deliver unparalleled value.
  • Work closely with R&D, and Marketing Teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Identify new category opportunities, through a close connection with marketing and supply chain teams.
  • Keep abreast of internal & external landscape to ensure understanding of future capabilities/technologies that could provide new opportunity.
  • Co-ordinate & manage customer set up, changes in price files, products, credit & debit notes.
  • Work closely with Commercialisation team on Salesforce Opportunity Managment
  • Drive internal and external process improvements to minimize SLOB, and where externally driven, claim back.
  • Ensure aged debt is recovered and adherence improved.
  • Execute growth agenda: organic, share, category.
  • Develop and maintain high quality relationships within existing customers across all departments, including Procurement, SC, and R&D.
  • Support other Flavour Solution sites within EMEA as appropriate.
