Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and maintenance of financial records, data entry, and other administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

– Data entry into accounting software (Tally experience is mandatory)

– Maintain accurate and up-to-date journal and ledger accounts

– Manage stock transfers and maintain branch accounts

– Perform month-end and year-end accounting tasks

– Handle social media accounts and create engaging content

– Strong communication skills in Hindi and English

Requirements:

– Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting and data entry

– Tally experience is mandatory

– Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices

– Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
