Job responsibilities:
- Camp Administration and Maintenance
- To prepare and monitor cleaning schedules for the public areas
- To plan and regularly coordinate pest controls
- Cost Control
- To have sufficient quantities of medicine in the Staff Clinic, maintain Doctors’ visits for employee and guest needs
- as per company norms
- Rooms allotments as per company procedure
- Checking rooms every day (Anybody absent or sick) keep record
- To take care of unwell occupants and arrange medication/transportation
- )
- Supervision of Staff/Workers Kitchen and common areas
- To ensure that all employees leaving the services have completed their Final Settlement and are transported to the Airport with the relevant cancellation at the airport
- Manage general communication to occupants via circular/notice board
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree
Work Experience
3-5 years of experience in a similar position with security background if preferred
Competencies
· Good communication skills
· Ability to prepare reports
