You will act as a strategic advisor to clients, offering insights into market trends, investment opportunities, and regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on property acquisitions, sales, and investments across Abu Dhabi
  • Conduct high-level consultations and private viewings for premium listings
  • Build and maintain relationships with HNWIs, developers, and institutional investors
  • Stay ahead of market trends, government policies, and urban development plans
  • Negotiate and close complex transactions with professionalism and precision
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Abu Dhabi real estate
  • Deep understanding of local property laws, ownership structures, and market dynamics
  • Strong network within the Abu Dhabi real estate and investment community
  • Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus
  • UAE driving license and own vehicle required
