We are looking for a motivated and dependable Sales Assistant to join our retail team. This front-line role is key to providing an outstanding in-store experience and supporting the day-to-day operations of the sales floor. The ideal candidate is friendly, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with product selection, questions, and purchases to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Provide knowledgeable and friendly customer service, handling inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked product displays.
• Assist with inventory tasks, including restocking shelves, stock counts, and maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Support in-store promotions, seasonal displays, and merchandising efforts.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in a retail sales or customer service role
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
