Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Procurement, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement (preferably in a showroom or retail environment).
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Knowledge of showroom products or automotive items is a plus.
  • Assist in sourcing and purchasing showroom materials and supplies.
  • Compare and evaluate offers from different suppliers.
  • Prepare purchase orders and ensure proper documentation.
  • Follow up with vendors on order status and delivery timelines.
  • Maintain accurate purchase and inventory records.
  • Coordinate with accounts for supplier payments.
  • Ensure all purchases comply with company standards and budget.
  • Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs.
