We are currently seeking a dedicated and highly organized Admin Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support, assist with client management, and coordinate internal office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage internal secretarial tasks and general office administration
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and personal commitments
- Act as a liaison between clients and the executive
- Maintain organized filing and communication systems
- Assist with day-to-day operational support as required
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Tagalog
- Currently based in Dubai – applications from outside the UAE will not be considered
- 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask
- Professional demeanor and excellent communication abilities
