We are currently seeking a dedicated and highly organized Admin Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support, assist with client management, and coordinate internal office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage internal secretarial tasks and general office administration
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and personal commitments
  • Act as a liaison between clients and the executive
  • Maintain organized filing and communication systems
  • Assist with day-to-day operational support as required

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and Tagalog
  • Currently based in Dubai – applications from outside the UAE will not be considered
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask
  • Professional demeanor and excellent communication abilities
