We are seeking a professional and well-presented Receptionist to join our team in Jumeirah. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and guests, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure smooth front-desk operations.

Salary: AED 7,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Manage appointments, schedules, and client inquiries.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable at all times.
- Handle mail, courier deliveries, and office correspondence.
- Provide administrative support to management and other departments as required.
- Assist in organizing meetings and preparing meeting rooms.
- Uphold company confidentiality and represent the brand with professionalism.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment with grace and efficiency.
